Weigh In Tuesday... Week Five!

Wow, I can't believe I have been on this for five weeks already. Seems like just yesterday that I started this new journey. I had made a few bad choices this past week and have been working my ass off to fix it. So far, it's working.

My workouts are constantly changing, that way I am confusing my muscles and my body won't get used to the workouts :) It's working because my body is aching, which is a good thing! I am mixing Walking/Running, 30 Day Shred, Back Fat Busters, and a few more that are on demand. I'm also using my weights a lot.

This week was the first time I measured my arms, chest, waist, hips and legs.. So we will see if anything changes :) I sure hope they do!! I've noticed my clothes not really fitting anymore, and to be completely honest, its one of the best feelings ever! To actually see the results with your own eyes is great. A lot of people are telling me that they see a difference, but I didn't really notice it until my tight clothes became loose! Such a great feeling!

So, here we are, week five stats..

I lost 5lbs this week!
That is a total of 25lbs so far!!

Why hello there, weight loss...

Last night I went out for a friends 25th birthday :)

I knew I wasn't going to get trashed since I had to drive home. We all met at her place and I was hesitant to have a drink since I have been in a slump, but she made me a drink. It was Pomegranate Tequila and Sprite. We got to the bar and I had one hefeweizen and was done.

After a few hours, we were headed back to her place. I was starving, so I stopped and got a California Burrito, went home, weighed myself, ate half of it then and thenwent to bed. When I woke up this morning I was so scared to step on the scale cause I didn't want to know what kind of damage I had done.. But when I saw the numbers I was shocked! Yesterday morning, I was 196lbs, at 1am I was 197lbs and at 7am this morning I was 194lbs :)

So happy!!!! This just means I am getting closer and closer to my new mini goal and my big goal!! Plus my period is almost over, so that is belong too :)

Tuesday Weigh In...

Good afternoon :)

This past week was really depressing. I worked out really hard, ate great and only lost 2lbs. I had my 1 month check up/follow up and my dr is really proud of me. Don't get me wrong, I am grateful and love watching the numbers on the scale go lower and lower. I just got off to a great start with losing 10lbs my first week, then it's been 2-3lbs a week. Just frustrating. I also think my losing has slowed down because I should be starting my period any day, I think tomorrow actually. So chalking it up as water weight ;)

Anyways, here are the stats for the month :)

09/19: 218lbs {starting}

10/18: 198lbs

monthy Loss: 20lbs


I could not believe that I lost 20lb in one month. So happy about that!!

Week Three...

Week Three is over and done with!

I am both happy & sad about it. I thought I was losing more than I thought, but what I lost was still great! I have been walking a lot lately and I am feeling great. On Sunday I walked 3.3 miles, I was so proud of myself! I could have gone longer but my gramma is in town from Tennessee and we had to be at my dads by a certain time.

I have been trying on my jeans that haven't fit in over a year and they are starting to slowly fit! They are a little tight, but I am able to get them buttoned! I also had coffee for the first time in three weeks, yesterday! It was so yummy, I had two cups..

I am happy to report that I met my first Mini Goal!!! I am officially 18lbs lighter and a lot of people are noticing! So without further adieu...

Tuesday Weigh In...

This week was pretty tough...

I had a day where I didn't stop eating, but my dr said that is perfectly okay and I shouldn't beat myself up over it...

So, here we go...

Those jeans in the picture didn't fit me 2 weeks ago!!
They are still a hair tight, but I am totally rockin' them today!!!

I am going to start running again this week, I am finally getting an Ipod!

2 Week Check Up..

I had my 2 week check up this afternoon and everything is going great!

I had to take my food journal in and show the dr what I have been eating. I won't say how much I have lost yet... I will save that for tomorrows weigh in!

I have to go back in for another 2 week check up, just to make sure everything is going well! She is happy with my weight loss, too! I will also get a refil on my Phen in 2 weeks!

Going to get back into running this week!
