New Diets..

After coming back from my appt in L.A. I was told that I needed to lose 30lbs.. My bmi was too high to start anything for the Surrogacy stuff. So everything is put on hold until I can lose the weight.

I started the Atkins Diet Plan on Friday, November 30th and have worked really hard to stay on top of everything I have been eating. My first Weekly Weigh In, I had lost 10.5lbs!! That is just from cutting out majority of my carbs, sugars and fruits. For those of you who are not familiar with the Atkins Diet, its a Low Carb/High Fat Diet. I say Semi High Fat because I don't really like a lot of fatty foods.

On a typical day, my meals are:

Breakfast:
2 Egg Omelet w/ Cheddar Cheese & Spinach = 4 carbs
Coffee

Snack:
Celery w/ Cream Cheese or an Atkins Bar = 2 carbs

Lunch:
Atkins Shake or Weight Watchers Chicken Patty with Lettuce Wrap = 4-6 carbs

Snack:
Atkins Bar = 1-2 carbs

Dinner:
Salmon & Asparagus on Romaine Lettuce = 4-6 carbs

I am trying to keep my carb intake at 20 carbs a day. A few days ago, I went on a binge and ate a few things I wasn't supposed to... Luckily I didn't do too much damage on the scale and I am back on track!

Today I am down a total of 15lbs! It probably could have been more if it weren't for the little hiccup...

I am hoping to hit my goal by the end of the month! By the way its looking, I am almost positive I can do it!!!
